Pursuant to § 7 para. 1 TMG (German Telemedia Act), we as the service provider are responsible under general law for our own content on this website. However, as per §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we as the service provider are under no obligation to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to search for circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. This does not affect any obligations to remove information, or to block the use thereof, in accordance with general law. However, liability in this respect can only be incurred from the moment we obtain knowledge of a specific infringement. We shall remove the respective content as soon as we become aware of such infringements.
