4TEEN4 Awarded €3.2 Million KMU-innovativ Grant for SURVIVE-CS Trial

4TEEN4 Pharmaceuticals is pleased to announce that it has been awarded €3.2 million through the KMU-innovativ: Biomedizin funding program of the German Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR).

The funding will support the SURVIVE-CS: PROCIZUMAB clinical trial at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE). The study will evaluate invobenitug (procizumab) in all-comer patients with cardiogenic shock, with a particular focus on patients presenting 24 to 48 hours after shock onset.

The SURVIVE-CS trial will provide valuable insights into the therapeutic window of invobenitug (procizumab) and further strengthen the clinical development of our first-in-class antibody targeting circulating DPP3 in cardiogenic shock.

The KMU-innovativ grant underscores the importance of translating innovative biomedical research into new treatment options for patients with critical unmet medical needs. 4TEEN4 looks forward to advancing SURVIVE-CS together with the clinical team at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE).
